Metabolism: CYP2C19, CYP2B6, CR
Half life t½: 1-15h, Hydroxybupropion: 17-47h
Steady State: 1-2 weeks
TDM: recommended
Additional Informations: Bupropion is not stable, serum/plasma must be stored at -20°C. Hydroxybupropion is an active metabolite.
